FAUNA: Animal spirits, Primal nature, healing through connection with animals

FLOW: Action, Receive, Trust, Forwards

MINERA: Gemstone and Crystal energy, healing through earth centered modalities

Today’s message is to seek out ways to connect with the natural world. What a perfect message to coincide with the Summer Solstice – the longest day of the year when we celebrate growth and abundance! FAUNA – the animal kingdom, and MINERA – the mineral kingdom, want us to remember that we too are a part of nature and it’s cycles – birth, growth, decay, death, rebirth, and so on. Today we celebrate the growth and the life around us, and stay present in the FLOW of this phase of the cycle. FLOW is significant in this reading. Nature is never stagnant. It does not get stuck  or go backwards. It doesn’t rush ahead. It continues forth accepting whatever awaits the next turning of the great wheel. Follow nature’s lead today – go outside and get some sunshine, observe the actions of the animals (FAUNA) around you, take your shoes off and dig your toes into some dirt (MINERA). Today’s reading gives extra attention to animals that burrow or live beneath the surface – snakes, gopher turtles, rabbits,  moles, earthworms, groundhogs, and even burrowing owls! What can we learn by observing their behaviors?
