The Spirits chose FAUNA, MIRROR, and DEATH from The Madame’s Bone Oracle this morning.

Today’s message is about preparation. The combination of FAUNA and MIRROR today is telling us to take note of our animal friend’s behavior and apply it to ourselves. This is such an appropriate message for the fall season. What do animals do during the time between now and the beginning of Winter? They prepare  – gather food, find shelter, and make ready for the season of DEATH. The Spirits want us to follow their lead. They also want to remind us that animals don’t take more than they need, but they know that nature’s food store is closed for the Winter, so they plan ahead. This isn’t a message to hoard everything you can get your hands on. It’s about being prepared, and to take appropriate actions to be able to meet your basic needs. If Covid-19 has shown us anything, it is what is essential and what is not. It’s pointed out what (and who) we’ve been taking for granted. With that in mind, what area of your life have you been taking for granted? What is essential to you? Now is the time to put some effort into making sure things are in order.  The Spirit’s are cautioning us to not become complacent. Think of this as nature’s way of saying “Your lack of preparation does not constitute an emergency on my part.”
